Team Building Activities
People in every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create the experience of team work or how to develop an effective team. Belonging to a team, in the broadest sense, is a result of feeling part of something larger than yourself. It has a lot to do with your understanding of the objectives of your organisation.
In a team-oriented environment, you contribute to the overall success of the organization. You work with fellow members of the organization to produce these results. Even though you have a specific job function and you belong to a specific department, you are unified with other organisation members to accomplish the overall objectives. The bigger picture drives your actions; your function exists to serve the bigger picture.
We help you identify and book the most suitable venues for team building. Our programmes are tailor-made for each company or organisation to help them build successful work teams for better performance, help your organisation gain new customers, maintain and develop existing relationships and inspire or reward your workforce. We have partnered with the finest and exclusive outdoor activity venues, game farms or conference venues in Kenya where we can organise day or weekend retreats for your staff for Team Building purposes.
Charges for Team Building are dependent on the size of the group, choice of outdoor venue and the requirements of the group. We negotiate the best rates for our clients.
