SVABB 002: 7 Nights/ 8 Days Amboseli Tsavo Mombasa: Kenya Safari

A Kenya beach holiday combines a wildlife safari in Amboseli and Tsavo West and Tsavo East national parks with a Mombasa beach holiday.

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli

Our driver/guide will receive you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Safari briefing and then depart for Amboseli National Park. Lunch at Amboseli Sopa Lodge. The lodge is the only one in Amboseli which gives tourists the best view of the snow-capped Mt Kilimanjaro at dawn. Afternoon game drives in search of herds of elephants, giraffes, lions, and a variety of other animals and birds.

Day 2: Amboseli

Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. You’ll have an option to visit Maasai villages to learn their culture and dance. The Masai dancers charge a fee and you’ll pay this directly if you opt to go there. Visit Masai Village in the evening to learn their culture and dance (at a cost of USD30 per person per visit and you’ll pay this directly to the Masai Village).

Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo West

After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park. Lunch at Ngulia Safari Lodge and later set off for afternoon game drives.

Day 4: Tsavo West  – Tsavo East

After breakfast, you’ll depart for the vast wilderness of Tsavo East, Kenya’s oldest and largest park. Lunch at Voi Safari Lodge. Afternoon game drives exploring the park where we can expect to see elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, kudu, zebra and hartebeest.

Day 5: Tsavo East – Mombasa

Breakfast and morning game drive. After lunch, drive down to the coast and drop you at Baobab Beach Resort & Spa at Ukunda, South Coast. Accommodation at Baobab Beach Resort & Spa will be on full board.

Day 6-7: Mombasa, Ukunda

You spend the days at the beach sunbathing or engaged in the numerous water sports that are available including: – Scuba diving, snorkeling, wind surfing, big game fishing and deep sea dive. Activities are at your own cost.

Day 8: Mombasa – Depart Home

After breakfast, a representative of Baobab Beach Resort & Spa will transfer you to Ukunda Airstrip to catch your flight to Moi International Airport, Mombasa, to connect with your international flight home.
